A photographer since the 70's, I specialize in mid to high-end Real Estate, Architecture + Interior Design photography. After twelve years in northern California I'm now in Boston, available throughout New England. My workflow is similar to or identical as the world's top architectural, interior design photographers. I've photographed nearly 2000 homes including residences in Santa Barbara, Seattle, Denver, Los Angeles, La Jolla, San Francisco and Chicago.
I use highest quality, all manual architectural shift lenses for nearly every scene and bring a variety of professional, off-camera lighting to every assignment to supplement an interiors' natural state. I develop my images in house, using cutting edge post production processes to achieve the best possible results, ensuring white balance is correct, exposure is optimal, colors are accurate, vertical and horizontal perspective is true, shadows, highlight and mid-tones are believable.
Nearly 100 Clients including Sotheby's, Coldwell Banker, Compass, Keller Williams, Windermere, Hometown Realtors, Lyon RE, Yerba Buena Center for The Arts SF, MoMA Santa Barbara, Special Olympics, Haldeman Homes and many independent brokerages, builders, developers and architects.

Fees, Real Estate
Prices vary depending on square footage, starting at $175 for small studios and apartments. I'll deliver as many photos as needed, generally 12-24 for smaller residences, 25+ for larger. Photos are delivered via Dropbox within 24 hrs. I'm on location for about 1-3 hrs for a 1-3000 sf listing. Longer for significant residences. Same Day Rush Delivery add $25

Fees, Commercial Photography
Commercial rates are quoted with a photographers Day Rate, a per photo image fee or bulk, a Post Production Fee for time spent developing and a standard Per Diem covering actual-cost travel and meals. I usually need one to two days on location and three to four days to complete and a week to deliver.
