Usage is short term and my low pricing reflects it.
Real Estate photography rates start at $150.
Fees vary depending on square footage and number of images requested.

Architectural & Commercial Photography
Commercial photography for restaurants, interior designers, hotels, resorts, architects, builders, contractors, museums, sports facilities, offices, agriculture & farms etc. AirBnb.
Usage is long term if not lifetime and is mission critical to represent your business and marketing strategy.
I've shot assignments in Santa Barbara, Seattle, Denver, Los Angeles, La Jolla, San Francisco, Chicago and other areas.
Photographers Day Rate: $333
Price Per-Image: Starts at $50, 6 minimum
Post Production Fee: $250 per day
Many projects of this caliber require scouting, pre-shoot meetings and hours of pre-planning.
I need one to two full days on location, three to four days to complete and deliver.

Fees start at $50 per image with a 3-image minimum. Day rate & post production fees are additional.
