Cedric Mizero

Cedric Mizero is a self-taught conceptual artist and fashion designer from Gishoma, Rwanda. He navigates freely through medias and expression of emotion through his practice. At the International Fashion Showcase 2019, he received special mention for Dreaming My Memory.

Mizero gathers most of his inspiration from rural Rwanda and uses that platform to advocate for real social change in his home country. Mizero's creative enthusiasm is magnetic and the colors he matches on the marble of black skin are abstract art at its finest.

As a daughter of African immigrants and an African immigrant myself, I'm inspired by the work that Cedirc Mizero does for his people and that he brings everyone along with his genuine artistic expression.
