Haute Food is an independent blog and zine.

Haute Food pays tribute to food and its place on our collective imagery. It explores through its research how photography, cinema, literature, music, advertising and fashion see and communicate with food.

Each issue of Haute Food is dedicated to a specific theme and features both research material and original artwork by invited artists.

Haute Food was founded in 2010. The project is curated by Mara Corsino together with selected collaborators and contributors.

Haute Food has been stocked in MoMA PS1 Artbook Store, MOCA Los Angeles bookstore, TATE bookstore UK, Dashwood Books, Newsstand, Do you read me?!, Motto Berlin, Daikanyama Tsutaya Books, The Magazine Shop Dubai, among others.

Haute Food - A Watched Pot Never Boils

Haute Food received a very special invitation by Galería Agustina Ferreyra to contribute to a quarantine project entitled:

"A Watched Pot Never Boils, Meditations on Food and Time." ♨️

"Is not an online exhibition, but rather a collection of images, thoughts, ideas, recipes, videos and references gathered in collaboration with people whose work, practice and vision- I share, love or admire. Enjoy."  - Galería Agustina Ferreyra

This edition of Haute Food is filled with curious research, vintage recipes and a contribution by it's editor Mara Corsino.

Originally conceived as a digital edition, Galería Agustina Ferreyra has decided to print it. Available now for purchase here.
