1066 Photographic Art: DOWNLOAD LICENSE AGREEMENT
Usage:
The party downloading a file (Buyer) from 1066PhotographicArt.com (Provider) shall only use the contents of downloadable digital files (Media) in accordance with the permissions within this agreement. The Buyer’s Media are for personal use only and shall not be reproduced for commercial use. The redistribution of digital images is strictly prohibited.
1066 Photographic Art grants Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, personal-use license to reproduce any non-commercial use. Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with 1066 Photographic Art. There are no warranties, express or implied. The Media is provided "as is."
SocialMedia
The Buyer may share blog post links and Facebook albums through use of the share functions and dissemination of direct links. Such use of Media shall include a clear attribution to 1066 Photographic Art. Buyer shall not copy, download, screenshot, or capture the photographs in any other fashion.
Buyer’s Use of Media:
Personal, Non-Commercial use of the Media includes:
- Display on personal computers, tablets, and smart phones.
- Copy image for personal use.
Buyer may not:
- Resell, relicense, sub-license, redistribute without express written permission from the 1066 Photographic Art
- Use the Media in any way whatsoever in which Buyer charges money, collects fees, or receives any form of remuneration
- Use the Media in advertising
- Use the Media in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, or defamatory manner
- Incorporate the Media into trademarks, logos, or service marks
- Make the Media available for download
Neither 1066 Photographic Art nor 1066 Photographic Art's vendors will be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or Buyer's use of the Media.

All images are property of 1066 PhotographicArt and are copyrighted by law. They cannot be copied, used, or published for commercial purposes without 1066 Photographic Art’s express written consent to do so.
