We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Success team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring members of the Format Community receive the support and guidance they need to find success in their careers.

Specifically, we’re looking for someone to work from East Asia. As the seventh member of our Success team, you will be working with a geographically diverse crew to provide top-notch support to tens of thousands of Format users.
