Jessica Walsh, the designer/art director behind the wildly popular online project 40 Days of Dating and partner at Sagmeister&Walsh, has once again teamed up with fellow designer Timothy Goodman on an incredible, and unique, project that you shouldn’t miss.
Instead of delving into the careful nuances of dating this time, 12 Kinds of Kindness is a social project hoping to reshape the way we interact with others, and the ways we treat ourselves. As part of this project, Jessica launched a new Instagram account asking creatives to shed light on some of their own struggles with mental health. Take a look at some of the inspiring stories being shared, be reminded that you’re not alone, and reflect on the importance of spreading mental health awareness regardless of your relationship with it.
