Corporate Head Shots
Having a professional head shot is an easy way to capture the upper hand over other candidates in a sea of faces. Having your entire company with the same style image represents a united front.
The Process
The first step is a short phone call where we discuss what kind of work you do, and what kind of image you're looking for - a classic head shot on a backdrop, or an environmental portrait in your work space.
Once we select a date and time I will come to your location, and set up in about 30 minutes. There will be a 1-3 light set up, depending upon what your needs are.
Each participant will only need be in front of the camera for a few minutes, unless we are doing multiple backgrounds per person. It averages between 5-7 minutes per person.
The Results
After the shooting day I can either send you a proof gallery with 2-3 of the best images per person, or I can select the photographically best image of each participant for you. (I always choose the best looking one!)
The turnaround on the proof gallery is usually 48-72 hours. You can then choose to allow the participants to see the proofs, or you can select the images yourself.
Each of the final images are carefully and lightly retouched for blemishes, and smoothing out the skin tone. Major retouching can be discussed if necessary.

Pricing
• $150 Set up fee - includes drive time, parking fee, and one location
• $55 per person 1 - 10 people
• $50 per person 11 - 20 people
$40 per person 21+ people
Add Ons
Extra Wide Backdrops $95
Hair and Makeup touch ups per person $35 - Adds 20 minutes to every person (no less than 5 people)
Entire Group Shot $90 - Adds 25 minutes to the shooting day, must have space for the entire party
Special Event Coverage - $150/hour
Another service offered hourly is coverage of office events, parties, gatherings. Documenting ribbon cuttings, annual meetings, and speakers is also excellent fodder for your next newsletter.
