Does anyone actually measure out ingredients for a Bellini? We sure don't. Make the Bellini with the peach purée and Prosecco to your fruit:alcohol ratio of preference. Pour a separate shot of peach schnapps and add luster dust to the glass. Stir it up. Add the glittery schnapps to the Bellini and mix it all up. Enjoy.
