We conducted a recent survey of over 800 portfolio users to determine which online portfolio builder had the highest rate of customer satisfaction based on Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Released today, the results revealed that among thirteen most of the popular online portfolio builders, Format.com has the highest customer satisfaction with a 95% recommendation rate from users.
